These boundaries apply to pilots, surveys, buddy or body-doubling concepts, research activities, and external forms linked by NeuroBridge.
Plain-language summary
Taking part is optional. You can stop. Share as little personal data as possible. NeuroBridge is not therapy or emergency help.
Data minimisation
Forms should collect only information required for the stated purpose. Do not submit diagnoses, full names, addresses, or crisis disclosures unless the form clearly requires and protects them.
Privacy and de-identification
Where a survey is described as anonymous, it must not collect direct identifiers. Research files should use codes and restricted access. External form providers have their own privacy terms.
Participants under 18
Age-appropriate assent and parent, guardian, school, or ethics approval must be used where required. Minors are not placed into unmoderated one-to-one matching.
Moderation and reporting
Peer spaces require trained hosts, behaviour rules, an accessible report route, escalation steps, and documented removal procedures before opening.
Not treatment or crisis support
NeuroBridge cannot diagnose, provide therapy, monitor safety, or respond to emergencies. Do not use a project form to ask for urgent help.
If help is urgent
Use a real-time crisis or emergency service.
